Apparently you have never been a floor supervisor or a pit boss in a casino. There is already more than enough paperwork during an 8 hour shift to keep the employees busy without having to track a bunch of people who are only there killing enough time to get their hands on the chips they need for their business. I could see the resentment building all around and my casino quickly becoming one of the places no one wanted to collect chips from.

I'm NOT faulting you for trying to come up with a new idea. I think the fact that SOMEONE is at least thinking about the subject is GREAT! Please keep coming up with suggestions. Maybe some day you (or someone else) will come up with one we can all live with. (Well... maybe not all of us, but you get the drift)
