If you ask ten new issue providers what excitement is, eight of them will tell you they don't even know the definition. People who buy quanties of a single LE aren't looking for excitement, they are looking for profit.

The casino's are looking to get rid of as many LE's as they can. They don't want them hanging around. The casino's issue LE's because there is lots of profit in them, and they don't come back.

And lastly, if you bought an LE from a new chip provider at a premium, would you want one that had been played on a game, or would you want one that was prestine?
