I've paid up to $85 for older inlaid fractionals from California, Jim. Also routinely pay $10-20 for
obsolete $20's for my denomination collection. You're right about California in general... not
many collectors of this state and few recognized rarities. However, some of us like to flesh out
other kinds of chip collections with card room chips.

I'd sure like to know if any authors of California books paid or would pay anywhere near the prices they have quoted in their books. These are the prices they hope to get in trade for Nevada chips.
Don, I have many obsolete $20.00 California chips which I will be happy to sell to you for $10.00 each. Maybe someday your great great great grandchildren will get face value for them.
