I've paid up to $85 for older inlaid fractionals from California, Jim. Also routinely pay $10-20 for obsolete $20's for my denomination collection. You're right about California in general... not many collectors of this state and few recognized rarities. However, some of us like to flesh out other kinds of chip collections with card room chips.
