Here are some dandy chips. More like, here are some abused chips.

The 50c red was painted black. I haven't finished cleaning it. The Green H&C is an example of what's under the gray paint. I took the worst one of the bunch and with the right light and a magnafying glass part of the A is still there.

The large crown and the H&C are the smae color and the logo on the two painted chips is the same.

Any help on there? Which Als? Both are listed as Not Seen chips.
