Harrah's '84 GAMES matchbook covers. No Jill's!!!!

Both of these matchbook covers are slightly different. (At first I thought I had a trader, sorry Jill.) The '84 Olympics were in Los Angeles, CA. Does anyone know what the reference to "Casino Tournament Series" means?
