If I remember right, it's either a fictional or a planned casino that never opened. A few years ago I found a sleeve of that identical chip in our local home game chip box, and I was so green on chip collecting I was getting ready to fly to California with them! True story. Maybe I should have submitted that story to the "Chip Collector's Essay Contest."
