I got these chips From Len Miller along with several boxs of Oceanside cardroom ncv chips. Len I believe was the owner of the Oceanside.I couldn't say for sure if they were ever used anywhere. They look like new. clean, sharp edges. If anyone has any other info. Please let me know. Paul
