Craig:
At least you got a seller that was honest enough to realize what happened and he apologized and offered to give you a full refund, That's what it truely means to be a chipper, Someone you know you can trust and who is honest and because of that you are willing to continue to business with them.
I remember a few years after the Holiday Inn Boardwalk opened I really liked the two $5 Grand Opening chips, one with the date and other without. It is very colorfully and had a picture of the famous fake roller coaster that sits atop the building and the old Holiday Inn logo so I looked and found an auction on which the seller had both up for sale, At the end of the auction I was the highest bidder on both auctions and I contacted and sent him a money order for both chips, 7 days later I get my chips except that they were the SAME chip, I immediately phoned the seller and explained that I was suppose to get one chip with the date and the other without the date, His response was no I wasn't and that I didn't read the auction correctly, Fortunately I did the smart thing and printed out copies of both auctions and fax him copies after that he refused to take my telephone calls and my emails kept bouncing. I did report him to Safe Harbor and he ultimately had his account suspended and in fact I wasn't the only he did this too and I later found out that he was arrested and charged with multiple electronic and postal fraud and he is now serving 25 years in a federal prison but I am still out my goddamn $13.00.
