The inquiry originally started on the basis of verbal information about the existence of the altered chips (brought up during the last convention).

Subsequently, while looking into that information, I received a specific, written claim regarding one of these chips. That claim is the subject of one of the series of reports that I submitted to the board.

Please reread the message posted above regarding what is NOT in the brass core reports.

If you have some influence which would advance my proposal (based on Pete Porro's original suggestion) for the release of a redacted version of my reports, you should use it.
