Let me propose that a new ethical rule might actually be useful. Without undergoing the difficult task of actually trying to write the rule I suggest that maybe we should consider a rule which would require that any member altering a casino collectible must clearly mark the collectible as "altered". Something perhaps paralleling the hobby protection act.
