The thread on the Wildfire $1 chips made me wonder about the quantity of chips that a casino would order. I realize the answer depends on many variables but what would be the average for a small, medium, and large casino?

Let's say the casino is brand new. How many $1 and $5 house chips would a Las Vegas casino specify for their first order?

Like I said... lots of variables, but can someone give me some numbers? Specific examples from a recently opened casino would be great! Historical examples of closed casinos would be very interesting. Thanks.
