Requires every casino to maintain a minimum amount of dollar denomination in chips on hand so that in the event you just described they can pull another rack out. I seem to recall wasn't this also a problem O'Sheas or Fitzgeralds a few years ago when they had NO $1 chips and they had to use another casino's $1 chips which I don't understand how they could do that unless they got specific permission not only from the casino but also from the Nevada GCB.
It also brings up the question, if you are the owner or the casino cage manager of a casino and you know that you are running low on one or more denomination of chips why in the hell would you wait until your supply is either almost or completely depleted? I know if I owned or worked for a casino I wouldn't wait until the last minute. I guess chalk this one up to stupidity on the part of the casino executives.
