Troost St was a mail drop for the Central Hotel or the Central Hotel was a mail drop for Troost St or the guys moved their game back and forth between the 2 spots?

I have had a MO chipper go down to the Troost St address's of the joints, a number of times. He also ran criss cross checks on a few guys and a package liquor store. Thanks Chuck! I have a couple other initial chips he tied to Troost St.
