I am breaking my own rule about posting names prior to conclusion of this inquiry because he has been named on the board several times (most recently by Gene Trimble today) as the person who is producing the fake brass cores.

Because of this and in fairness to David, inasmuch as the board has chosen to not make my report on him public at this time, I am going to post here three excerpts from that report (which, BTW, is six single spaced pages):

First:
