I don't know what you're getting at but I think we agree that whatever information is available should be divulged immediately.

The BOD is using the same argument put forward by many against the death penalty. If the death penalty is not applied fairly (in the case of chips, if all don't have access to the information), it is better that no one be executed (in the case of chips, no one should know who the crooks are).

Now I happen to agree with William Buckley. His position is: if only right handed murderers are currently being executed. Rather than stop executions as been administered unfairly, I would say "Great! Continue executing right handed murderers and let's start executing left handed murderers."

Similarly, with respect to chips, let's immediately inform all that we can (via internet) and inform the rest when we can (i.e. in the next issue).
