Good point regarding the brass core chips David.
I guess in the case of Mr. Sculky one could always argue that one is free to destroy one's own property as long as one is not deceiving anyone else.
I'm not defending Mr. Sculky's actions .... but as far as I know, Mr. Sculky has not hidden the fact of what he was doing ... or has done. In fact quite the contrary was true. If Mr. Sculky wants to bid $50 on a $5 Royal Flush chip and deface it in front of a Chapter audience .... it's not something most of us would do ... but then we are not all Milt Sculkys. He could have just as easily chosen to walk the chip downstairs to the A.C. Boardwalk and throw it into the Atlantic Ocean.
Can the same argument be made for the brass cores?
