John; I checked again with my window clerk in Brick this morning and she told me; "whatever you can fit in the flat rate envelope ... from an elephant to a feather ... the cost is $3.95."

I also asked how long this Priority flat rate has been in effect, and was told "we always had a flat rate" ... so I blame CT Rodgers for not telling us sooner!
