Buyer Beware is right. Foolishly did not check shipping charges and was astounded when I went to checkout to see what to add to my paypal amount. I emailed him and asked him to reduce his charges based on what others charged and I got this cock-n-bull story about federal guidelines charging .335cents per mile which was $4.02 to him to and from the post office and $3.50 for priority mailing etc etc etc and how he took a loss on everything he shipped. HA! I told him I would complain to eBay and he said "go ahead". His name is Larry Boyd and he lives in Marysville, Wa.
