PCDA DOESN'T APPROVE
"I am writing on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Professional Currency Dealers Association in esponse to Bruce Spence's letter to the Editor in the February issue of Bank Note Reporter"
"As we have reiterated in a recent press release, PCDA as an organization does not approve of third-party grading of currency. The reasons are stated in the press release. PCDA takes no position on the issue of its members dealing in "slabbed (third-party graded) paper money."
