I have recently had a large quantity (16 chips) sent by this method to the UK. The rates are $6 or $9 I think depending on the size of the envelope (2 different available) but it also means that no customs declaration is required which also meant I saved a bundle in import duties & taxes - worth knowing if you send chips overseas!
