... the ESPN NCAA Basketball pool has a new wrinkle this year:

a Second Chance bracket!!

Works just like the regular pool, except it's for the Sweet Sixteen only and you're not saddled with your mistakes from the first two rounds.

So, I have created a group there for a Second Chance $5 chip pool. No need to be in the original ChipBoard Challenge -- anyone who wants to enter can do so. Each will put up a $5 chip (that is, a second $5 chip if you're in the original pool).

To enter the Second Chance pool, go to the ESPN site, click on the Second Chance pool and find the group name:

Our motto (again, despite their miserable performance yesterday) is "Go Bears!"

No need to post anything here or to send an email. Everyone who signs up is in for one $5 chip.

Distribution to the winner(s) will depend on the number of entries. If small (say up to 10) will be winner take all. If the group is larger, 2nd (and maybe even 3rd) will share in the booty.

Send no chips now. After the contest is over, I will notify everyone to whom they have to send their chip.

Limit one entry per person.
