I recently put in a separate phone line for my computer and have been using up the monthly online hours alloted to me by my ISP downloading music files from newsgroups. I've seen some messages on this board about using the free 1000 hour AOL trial CD's that come in the mail every couple of days.
Is there a catch, or can I just use one of these things to connect to the internet, use my newsreader software to pull files from my ISP provider's news service, and stop using it with no hassle after 45 days?

P.S. Only one more month until tax season is over and I can resume my chipping!! Any places I should visit in Laughlin on April 16th?
