I consider anything different on the card put there by the manufacturer to be a collectable variety. Casinos can do numerous things to a card once they get it. My guess is you have 3 varieties there. Regular issue 50+ and the one with the picture. The one with the picture actually comes as a blank white box.
The "EXPERIENCE THE FANTASY" card is most likely a temp card.
