Anyone that does any type of research on NV chips walks in Harveys "Foot Prints."

Everytime I ever looked into NV chips, it included several calls to Harvey or visits with him in the Keno lounge at the Fiesta. The last time I called him was on the Reno Card Room chips Wayne Murphy found. He pointed me in the right direction, as usual.
