Got an barely readable email from an idiot who is knowlegeable on Hard Rock but doesn't know much about how to talk to people. Zero facts included and no point made but it did prompt me to go archive divin'. Awarding chips not obtained by coupon redemption was only a passing thought made by several posters here and not what actually happened to any extra HR NCV convention chips.
