A paper Sands card. Used as a temporary card. If you earned a certain number of points in 24 hours, up to the date stamped, you could go back to the slot club booth to exchange it for a permanent (plastic) card. There must have been multiple thousands of these cards made, but most were either tossed or exchanged for a permanent card.
