I wonder if Scott is referring to the pop up's you get at websites like yahoo.com or weatherunderground.com (other than TheChipboard)???

There used to be a box you could uncheck in your browser settings that would "disable java consoles" or something like that. If they're origionating when he surfs TCB, I've never seen that.
