Marked Sid Martin mgr. Old black glass, amethyst. Only one I have seen. Early white painted letters on the rim. Early, probably 30's & not like any I have seen.
It is in Vegas. I might be able to get a scan if you want to see it.

I am a serious ashtray collector & have about 1,000. There are so many rare trays around it is a fun hobby. Many can still be found cheap at sales & shops that don't know about us nutty collector's paying $100's of dollars for stuff.
