Obviously the seller is not claiming that only three of that chip exist. He is of course mistaken in his statement that only three chips came from this casino. That is probably because the reference book he is using lists the $5 & $25 Riding lesson chips and the dot mold chip but not the RN chip.

Although he was mistaken I do not think he was trying to mislead anyone, after all he started the auction at $9.99
