Bearing in mind that I am only looking at trhe picture on my monitor, and not the actual photograph, it still seems that the firts letter following "APACHE" is a "B" and not an "H". Perhaps a closer examination of the photo will show that the trailing edge of the first letter is curved at the top and bottom, as a "B" is. Also, the "H" in "APACHE" stands as the comparison letter for what would be an "H" for HOTEL. Lastly, the space folloing the first letter and just before the third letter is more like the space and form created by an "A" (as in "BAR") and not an "O" (as in "HOTEL").

My comments are only based on a photo analyst stand point.
