The $1.00 chip contest area has been setup on ESPN.com. If you go to the link below it will take you to the sign in page, where you can sign in or create a new account. Each account entered is a single chip entry.

Once signed up do a search for "CC>CC $1.00 Chip". This is the group we will be in. There is a password for the group. It is "chippers".

The bracket assignments are Sunday, but you can create your account now, and then return Sunday to make your tournament selections. Saves a little time with all the expected traffic on the web.
