The french style chips on the big roulette table at MGM Grand used chips made by B&G, Victor. They did the similar chips for the french roulette at Paris. Both these games are now closed.

B&B also did baccarat plaques for Sands and Sahara in Las Vegas and makes those still in use at Eldorado in Reno. They are an old company, but did not do much in the way of standard US style chips till recently. The Bud Jones deal has changed that.
