Michael,
First of all with all do respect I saw the same picture at our Chapter meeting last night. I have seen "THIS" picture many times before. I am surprised that you could tell from this picture that we are looking at downtown Las Vegas - specifically Fremont Street.
Secondly, the chip Sal scanned yesterday was not issued to any specific address. It was issued by T.R.King to the Apache Casino, Las Vegas. No name of an individual, no address no nothing. Michael do I really have to remind you of the Large Crown "Dunes" that ended up coming from a joint on Boulder Highway????
Third, I have NEVER said there was not an Apache Casino in Las Vegas. If you have read my posts I said there was never an Apache Casino in the Apache Hotel. I stated the owners of the Apache Hotel never operated a casino. The S.S.Rex was leased as well as the Eldorado and the Shoe.
I care about accurate reporting. I have spent many, many years researching downtown Las Vegas. It has been my hobby. It was and is fun! I have prided myself in being VERY thorough and CAREFUL in drawing conclusions. I have attempted to gather the facts and express an opinion on these facts.
I am surprised with your background to jump at what would appear obvious on the surface but as one digs deeper not to represent true conclusions.
Michael, by your post and your reputation you give credibility to the very "facts" and "myths" I have spent over 30 years researching and proving to be either true or false. I personally not caring what the eventual conclusion turn ouit to be.
If it makes everyone feel better. O.K. there was an Apache Casino in the Apache Hotel. Now I am done with it. Best, Jim
