I too have this one and it works great. The one issue I ran into: when I bought it I had problems making a change in one of the settings. Tech support e-mailed me back an update. When applied it actually changed one of the settings I was going to do anyway!

Just to clarify what Greg said: if you have a desktop near the router you just plug it's network card into the router (if you don't have a card you can buy one for $15 at a local Best Buy or Circit City). Then for each machine (laptop or desktop) that is NOT near the router you get a wireless usb node.
