Good Evening, Jim
I'm looking forward to seeing the documentation from T.R. King, also! I've never seen an "authentication" before....so it will be interesting.
Please bear in mind, though, my part of this discussion has never involved the existence or verification of Apache Chips. I've not tried to establish WHO owned the bar, hotel, cafe or casino. I've not tried to establish who ran the table games, or even that table games were played in the Apache Casino. (Could have been a slot parlor run by Walt Disney, for all I know ).
My part of the discussion has focused on one thing, and one thing only.....the existance of a place named the Apache Casino, on part of the property that is currently occupied by the Horseshoe Club.
You posted:
"He had no problem with leasing the games (hence the need for a license)but did not want the problems associated with running a "joint" by himself."
does this mean that you are acknowledging a gaming license was issued to the Apache Casino?
Whether the chip that Sal posted is one that Rich found, or not, it IS a gorgeous chip!
Regards,
Pam
