From the membership renewal screen Enter your Name and membership # select your Regular membership then press the button that says "Renew with Visa or Mastercard. You will be taken to a shopping cart. From their select the button that says "Continue Shopping" this will bring you back to the renewal screen. Eneter the Name and number of the Associate and select associate membership from the drop down menu and press the button. This will take you back to the shopping cart which will show both memberships.

Then select "check out" to proceed
