The chip in auction 1077719034 (Silver Slipper $5000)is not a real casino chip. It is a fantasy
chip produced by Bill Borland after the casino closed (that's the only way the closing date
could have appeared on the chip).

Borland produced similar chips for a number of casinos. They have some collectible value, but
could never have been "cashed in".
