Russ, an interesting sidebar... I received a chip last week from an eBay seller who had described the chip in his auction listing as being "uncirculated"... upon arrival, the chip had obvious table wear and a dent in the inlay on one side... suffice it to say, that's the last transaction I'll be doing with this particular seller.
On the other hand, I received two chips in the mail this weekend from a different eBay seller who had described the chips as being in "very good" shape... and both chips arrived in pristine, uncirculated condition.
So even when a chip's condition is referred to in an auction description, it's often something of a crapshoot as to exactly what condition you will judge that chip to be in when you receive it.
As the old wisdom has it, sometimes you eat the bear... sometimes the bear eats you.
