Looking through some of my chips I noticed a different Flamingo $1 chip. This is chip has a smooth inlay as opposed to the textured inlay on all of the others I have. I tried looking for it in THE CHIP RACK, but could not find an entry. My questions are, “Is this a different chip, or just a manufacturing error?” and “Would this qualify as a new entry in THE CHIP RACK”?
