"Even though these chips are like this they ARE still "new" & "uncirculated" having come right out of the boxes from Paul-Son."

Try telling that to some of my customers...

Come to think of it.. and to be up-front and candid ... I prsonally would not purchase such a chip as being "uncirculated", or "new", or "mint"... nor would any coin collector that I know. In fact, I would offer a full refund to any of my customers who have purchased such a chip from me that they were not happy with.
