Got this today from an eBay buy. Would like to know if this is TCR #4165 green (real color)H.C.E. Golden Nugget roulette. TCR notes the hot stamp as an open diamond but I'm wondering if that's a limitation of the TCR printing format and if the actual chip has the closed diamond I find on this chip.
