There are several bear chips from Canada, including the Bear Claw in White Bear Sask, which uses a Bear Paw as a symbol, and of course the Casino Windsor which uses a polar bear for a chip. The fact that the $ is backwards on that chip makes me think it probably belonged to a smaller,illegal casino somewhere.
