I use uncirculated when I refer to chips. I have for 7 years now. People who get chips from me know that the chips they receive have never been on the tables & are NEW chips unless I point out otherwise. I'll continue to use the word.......besides, I offer a 100% guarantee on all chips so if anyone is unhappy with a chip they get a refund, replacement or credit. I have never had a problem.
