Steve, I am at work, but the delivery date of the Topaz Lodge arodie with the same trout inlay is in my aridie article in the last CCTN. I believe it was 1953.
The Sands arodie is the 1st arodie with a delivery record at Burt. If I remember right, the Topaz Lodge chips were a few days later.

I know this does not answer your question on the C&S chips. Most if not all C&S are pre 1950, but again I am writing this from memory. There are no records of the TL C&S being made or delivered.
Were they samples???? Was the TL open pre 50????????
