I Use "New"...

...seems a better descriptive term. If I get them from Andy hughes, then I know they're uncirculated!!! However, some chips never could be uncirculated but could still be new, Washington doesn't permit cage sales of chips and some issues just wind up on the tables for a day or two without significant wear or damage. Almost had me a $25 MB horse chip last night for a laughable price but got sniped, another example of a "new" chip you could never describe as uncirculated because of its method of issue, out of the box, into an envelope and then... who knows?
And Another Thing! You could have "uncirculated" with a ding in the edge or a scratch on the inlay so one word descriptions aren't ever going to be important to me. Not a "blast" and I do appreciate everyone's efforts on the club's behalf to make this the great hobby it is!

You won't find "uncirculated" in Webster's, either
