Here is an idea, demented as it may be. Someone offers the chip for $1200. Now we find 12 people that are willing to put in $100 each to purchase the chip. Once the chip is purchased we hold a raffle. The winner gets the chip...and also must send a refund to each of the other 11 raffle partners for $50 each. Now the chip owner has purchased the chip for $650 and the ll other "partners" are only out $50 each. I told you it was demented. I'm in!
