As a member of this great club may I ask a question? Who is Todd Moyer? What does he have
to do with chip releases? I am lucky enough to
own a complete set of HR chips including one of the 100 Cinco chips. I am curious who makes the
decision as to how many chips of any one kind are
going to be produced. What if another HR chip is
released in this short number, and I get shut out?
It would sure stop my collection dead in it's tracks. That would bum me up big time. That could happen, right?

And again please, who is Todd Moyer?
