Jay,
Turn what you quoted below around.........

"the phrase "mint condition" means "excellent condition"..."

IF mint means excellent you will now have people saying that excellent means mint. I don't think you can have it both ways no matter what "Cambridge Dictionary" says.......I'll stick with uncirculated to let people know the condition of the LE's I have & stay away from using mint. Andy - Las Vegas
