I can't verify any chip like this one coming from Montana. There is a River Boat casino, but no River Queen. Blackjack is illegal in Montana, hence there is no need for 2.50 chips. There is, however, a River Queen in North Dakota, where they do run blackjack games, and this mold is used in several clubs in ND.
